Marching Band Uniforms Fund Raiser

Dear Marching Patriot Alumnus and Parents,

One of the AHS Band Boosters projects for the 2011/2012 school year was fundraising for the purchase of new uniforms for the award winning Marching Patriots.  We’re not done yet; however, due to your generosity and support we raised approximately $15,000 last year!  We currently have around $30,000 in our uniform fund but need at least $20,000 more.  We are asking that you once again dig deep and send a donation to help us raise the remaining monies needed.  Your donation is fully tax deductible!

We suggest a donation of $25, $50, or whatever feels right. If you wish to sponsor a uniform the cost is $500 per uniform. All sponsored uniforms will carry a legacy label inside stating who the sponsor was. We urge you to make your donation this tax year by sending in your donation by December 31, 2012. We need to order the uniforms in January for them to be ready for the 2013 season.

Checks should be made out to the AHS Band Uniforms Account and mailed to Band Uniforms/Mr. Thomas at Albemarle High School, 2775 Hydraulic Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901.

We are also requesting that you help us spread the word by passing this information on to friends & family who may be interested in helping the Marching Patriots.
